Hello everyone. My shave today: - Stirling Barbershop - Semogue 1305 - GEM Featherweight - GEM blade - Tüff sensitiv Rasierwasser First shave with the Featherweight was a really good one. Very mild, even more so than the Bullet Tip, but at the same time I think it is also a little less efficient. 6 hours after my morning shave I can feel the stubbles growing - other shaves with the GEMs lasted longer. Apart from that I enjoyed this setup - and wife likes the Barbershop scent ... whatever makes her happy, right?
Prep - Shower / Woods Of Windsor Cedar Woods soap / Pre-lather / 3 min steam Razor - Gillette Fat Handled Tech Blade - Gillette Silver Blue (#3) Brush - Vie-Long 04312 Cachurro Horse Soap - Arko After - Frozen towel / Alum & WH Mix Result - BBS Continuing with the FHT only this month. Thought I'd miss using a different razor every time but this little beauty has always delivered constantly good shaves, and who could miss that? It's also had the benefit of appreciating all the more, the rest of my razors. They all bring something different to the party. The Cachurro is also coming along nicely too, it certainly builds a luscious lather very quickly. I've not had any issues with knotting, tangling or twisting either. It's coming up on the second anniversary of my DE epiphany, so I think I'll be treating myself to a nice silvertip badger in the new year.

Menthol Monday: Prep: Hot shower, Nivea for Men Original Moisturizing Face Wash Brush: Omega 11575 Boar Lather: Stirling Glacial Obsidian soap Razor: Birth year/quarter Gillette Black Handle Super Speed Blade: Bic Chrome Platinum (1) Passes: WTG, XTG (1, 2) Post: Cold water rinse, Bloc Osma Alum, Dickinson's WH, Aqua Velva Ice Blue AS splash Cologne: Xeryus by Givenchy The 11575 is rounding into shape, and hopefully will stop shedding soon. Relative to my experience, the Stirling produced good lather today, roughly on par with what I get from the Godrej cream (due up tomorrow). With a new Bic in the Black Handle SS, the shave was very smooth and efficient, without any bloodshed or issues, though I did stop at 2 passes and DFS results.
Monday's shave Type N injector Chick blade RR lime Myrsol limon A great combination for an easy smooth shave. Good day all.
SOLSTICE SHAVE Mongoose/Hempel Vie-Long Epsilon Queen Charlotte Soaps Pitralon The Epsilon feels a bit too dense for me, not brush-like enough. I'm enjoying more compliant brushes lately and the Epsilons are far from that.
I see your Milord made it home, congratulations! They did a fantastic job from what I can see. Stunning razor sir! Good Show!
