My bottle of original formula Givechy Gentleman showed up in the mail box today.:mail: Truly a fragrance that can carry it's name. ... To be continued... Don
Don, I love Givenchy Gentleman's original formula. It suits my body chemistry so perfectly and I get compliments on it all the time. Best wishes for Christmas my dear friend!
Thanks Jeff. I've developed a nose for classic big house fragrances and an FAD. I've got a bottle of Aramis Devin coming next week. Maybe Lauder for Men tomorrow. My collection has grown to more than I will possibly use but I hope my heirs will enjoy what's left when I pass. Many years from now YHWH willing. ... To be continued... Don
Just received Christmas Eve. Two Seperate packages. The Slim J3 1964 shown here before cleaning. Original case included. Cleaned up real nice. Just numbers may need repaint. I will keep this one as is. Gentleman from Quebec mailed it prior to receiving payment. He did not want electronic payment and simply stated "I trust you will send me a cheque once it arrives" Could not resist price. Razor including shipping $30cda. Have good slim already but not with case. Anyone else try Erasmic ? Smells good. My first Semouge brush. I like the clear and red contrasting acrylic.
Now that's cool...congrats Kerry. Please share your comparison thoughts against the ranger tech. I'm curious which is more efficient.
I have been considering getting this head for a while. But not going to pull the trigger =P Looks like a great shaver though
Wow, nice one. Any close up pics? How is the condition, in this picture it looks like VERY good condition
I'll try. It's sound, some plate loss on the silo doors which is common. The blade gap is perfect! I'm very very happy.
Thanks, JR. I have one shave with the Milord but I'll tell you now, this razor gets it done! I'm actually shocked by how efficient it was. I'm leaning towards the Milord.
Beautiful brush! I said I wouldn't need another one after the Plissoft but I think I was mistaken lol
Rolls Razor.. Another shot.. Got my Wedge blade Rolls razor yesterday...I have won a watch with this set...Its barely been used...The original blade even has the wrapper still on it ...There is also a spare NOS blade...Don't ever try to cheap skate on one of these as you will be wasting you time...Its not easy getting one of these in this condition ..These are a work of Functional Art ..I Wee bit of restoration work & away I Go... Billy..
I received 2 new Brushes and a bowl on Christmas. PantaRei is it named. It is an artisan from Italy named Alessandro Pistoia. He creates handles and his whole stuff out of "sicilian ceramic". Very heavy and feels wonderful. When the package arrived, it it packed like this: Brush No. 1 is very special to me. My most loved movie is "Scarface"-->Al Pacino alias Tony Montana. So i liked the logo that much, that i wrote Alessandro, if it would be possible, to bring the Logo on a handle. He asked for a picture which i gave him and here is the result: The brush has 2 meanings to me...the one is Tony Montana and the other one is, that my First and Last Name is TM also. The first letters only... So i have a handle with 2 meanings. I have to say i like it a lot. Knot: 28mm Silvertip which is VERY VERY dense. Brush No. 2 is a very good looking brush too. It´s designed in a wonderul blue colour with Oranges and Citrus. A good contrast which gives good mood when looking at it. Knot: 32mm Manchurian Badger Here the bowl i bought from Alessandro: The bowl has a gap, to let you sit the brush between the passes. Nice work. I took the bowl in yellow, because i like the happy coloration of it. If you want to have some Infos about it and you´re on Facebook...search for "Alessandro Pistoia"...he´s your man. Or search for "PantaRei Brushes" Greetings and have a wonderful Christmas Time. Thorsten
