The packing is very impressive, comes wrapped in tissue paper with a nice note. It's a fairly hard soap, which I like. Smells so good. I'll use it tomorrow.

Back in August @Redrock and I made a trade. He got my Gillette SS Black Tip and I got his Semogue Owners Club boar. He also included a little Omega Midget Boar, four woods for handles, and a soap sample. What a great deal that was for me! However, that left me Black Tip deficient. I remedied that this last week. Today, this W4 Black Tip arrived. It is in pretty good condition. Not as good as Ed's, but it is totally acceptable for me. Thanks again, Ed, for that great trade. Guys my @Jayaruh #12 just arrived. The craftsmanship is just outstanding here folks. Beautifully smoothly sanded, the color is just rich and vibrant. The badger is already so soft I don't forsee much break in needed. I would like to whole heartedly thank @Jayaruh for putting so much of his time and expertise into his craft, a true professional. Got out and about today.. It's been raining ALL day and even though we got stuck in traffic and took 1.5hrs that should have taken 30 min, I came out with decent finds. Any recommendations for protecting the wood bowl? Otherwise I'm going to scuff sand it a bit and put some danish oil on it. And also......another spoon, I mean, razor display. This one is about half the size of the other one I have and I think will look better in the bathroom.

For my final December post we have a W4 black handle tech, Gillette 20 blue blade dispenser in box an cellophane, and Warner Hudnut Reelshav. This Warner-Hudnut with 40 inch reel blade will join the Gillette Techmatic and Schick Band razor in the good idea bad concept collection, or it may also Join my Ronson razor in the cool as heck to look at but too proprietary to use again stash.
