  5. You know? I have wanted to try the DVH for maybe 2 years. But shipping was a deal breaker and then when it was available in sweden I was either on a No buy period or I just forgot about it when I WAS buying anything. I have actually made an order from that store before, It was just not on my mind

  6. So I have been reading the Rolls thread lately. Needless to say I fell prey. I received an Ebay gift card yesterday and promptly bought my self a Rolls.
Hone and Strop look to be in good condition. As the blade. It also has the instructions and a spare blade. I should be good to go. Love the thrill of potentially slicing my face off.:(

  11. Waiting on a mystery box of ten razors. I say mystery because the pictures were extremely blurry, but at the price if one or two are decent it will be a reasonable haul. Two Kronas, a couple injectors and I believe two gems were in the lot along with a few others. We shall see the results soon LOL.

  17. @twhite, @Hodge, I like mine its very easy to use compared to a straight. Just pretend its a Gem style SE and you wil mostly have the angle and pressure. Lighten up slightly more and watch the touchdown and the shaves will be magical.
  18. Good to know. Really like my ER 1912 and Gem MMOC. hopefully it goes well.

  19. If its in good shape it wipes away whiskers without trying. I had to hone mine off the case then put it in the case to finish it and it took about an hour but I got amazing shaves out of it. I felt that it had the same feel of a Gem SE but having only a bump guard it felt more aggressive. The guard on it does not go on your face. Kepp it shallow like a straight one to 2 spine widths from your face. Its much easier then a straight because of the handle but it has the same issues. Skin Streching, edge maintnance and the inability to rush without bloodloss.
