I have really been enjoying my Proraso morning shaves recently. For me, this is an absolutely amazing product for a great price. As I lay awake at night dreaming about Proraso I find myself wondering...what is my favourite Proraso soap? What is your favourite Proraso soap? In your response please feel to wax eloquent about your appreciation for this natural wonder of the shaving world.

I love the eucalyptus and menthol of Proraso Green.

I have tried White and Green with the Green actually being the C.O. Bigelow cream. I've heard it's the same stuff. I used White this morning and will be using it a lot this month with a focus that I've chosen. It's good stuff! Very cushioning.

I'm interested to soon try Red. I have a tub but haven't tried it yet.

the blue is very nice also, scent lags a bit, but performance is very nice.
I've only used blue in the tube, haven't seen it in a tub.

While I think that all the Proraso soaps and cremes perform very well in terms of lathering and slickness, the only one I can (and do) use is the white soap.

- I don't like the cooling effect of menthol, that rules out the green
- I don't care for the scent of either the red or the blue one (the red being the slightly more tolerable of the two)

By a slight margin I like Green best for the menthol. All are great performers and a great value. True classics.

They sell the blue only as a tubed cream - there's no soap variation available.
There's also a Proraso Yellow, but that's canned foam only

Haven't tried blue. Of the others green is my favorite.

I find that the menthol in the green is barely noticeable. As I love menthol in a shave soap, I was disappointed. I like the scent of the red.

Wow I am freezing my face off when using the Green

I like them all. The menthol in the green and white, the scent and shea in the red. I haven't tried the blue yet but have a tube waiting its turn. Heard nothing but great things though so I expect I'll like it too.

I love the green, really like the white, red is OK. Must try the blue some day.

I have both the new and the old formula...as far as I can tell they are the same. If there is a difference it is minor.

Well, I've used the Stirling glacial soaps and compared to that, the Proraso is mild.

Yes. My experience is because I don't use Green very often. So my face is not used to it.

The face easily adjusts to menthol.

I only have the green and the blue. My preference is the blue because I like the scent much better. I still have to try the red.
