This is the opposite of those.


This PIF is open to TSD members who reside outside the United States of America. This would include USA service personnel who are not currently stationed in the USA, and other USA expatriates currently outside the country. This drawing is restricted to geographical locations outside the CONUS exclusively.


The razor:



Phoenix Double Open Comb

This razor is used, and is in very excellent condition, includes original box. The razor has been thoroughly cleaned and sterilized, and the threads lightly oiled. Handle is brass, with cast zinc DOC head.

To enter, please state your geographic location and intent to enter the drawing. Winner will be drawn and posted to this thread on 20 January 2016, and notified via tag to this thread. If you are drawn the winner, I will ship the DOC, and of course the shipping will be at no cost to the winner. Winner to be determined by random number generator.

As a non-CONUS member I applaud this great PIF.

As I already have allot of DE razors and currently using straights more and more I so I am not in.... but this a very cool razor and if no one enters I reserve the right to change my mind.

The committee has placed your appeal on the agenda for its 2017 rule making/appeal session, 8am, 1 April 2016 at the Kyoto offices. Appellant must appear at the hearing, or appeal is summarily dismissed.
