I'd rate Mongoose as being 9/10 based upon the razors I have. The only issue I have with them are some machining marks on the B2 Satin Handle I have and the B2 handle doesn't cover the whole of the elliptical aperture on the baseplate. This issue has been solved with B3 handles which are much better made.
Feather, based upon the AS-D1's and AC SS's I have owned would score 10/10 as would the Wolfman OC Head I have on loan.
I'd score ATT as being 8/10 as some of there products have a slightly rougher feel to them and minor flaws in the finish are often noticeable (especially on the one I sent back for replacement recently).
I would also score Ikon as being an 8. Their QC can be a bit hit and miss at times. The first batch OSS, OC and SB razors were generally well produced (with a couple of exceptions, which lead to me returning the product). The S3S was very well made. The original razors they made felt a bit cheap and the Modern, whilst being very well made had a consistent blade alignment issue. The B1 Slants I have are very well made, with no noticeable flaws and I've not had any blade alignment issues with them.
Where Ikon score highly are in the production of their handles - they are well made workhorses and the OSS handle is one of my all-time favourites.
I'd score Tradere as a 9. Both the OC and SB are really well made products with a few minor cosmetic flaws. They made excellent handles as well.
Finally, I'd score Weber as a 6. I hated the 1st batch DLC razor head - it felt cheaply made and the handles were terrible. They felt like cheap clones of Ikon handles and had noticeable machining marks on them.
Whilst I've not scored the Razorock Stealth SS Slant I have used (as it was a prototype and had a number of flaws as would be expected), it would definitely score higher than the 1st batch Weber.
So, in conclusion, I would suggest that despite some of the identified issues, the Mongoose is right up there with the best stainless steel razors in terms of fit and finish.
