Which ones, the SOTD pics I take, or the ones my wife takes of me in my underwear and pac boots trying to set them up? :)

Shaving with a Glacial soap almost makes you see your breath if you're talking!

Another vote for the mentholated Stirling soaps! Lemon Chill and MITA are by far my favorites! :Animatedfrozensmily::Animatedfrozensmily::Animatedfrozensmily:

Though Ozark Mountain, SDM, Executive Man, Stirling Spice and several others I have are all great soaps! I have loved every one I have tried!

Dude, you aren't kidding. So I go the whole nine yards with the Glacial Lemon tonight after my shower; soap, AS and balm. I'm coming up the stairs and my wife reminds me about some stuff I left in my truck this afternoon. I slip on some tennies to run and grab it.... Uuhm outside. Now it's only like 15F out, and it's only probably three minutes I'm outside. But you have heard all the comparisons about MITA is like plunging your face into icy lemonade or whatever? This was serious face freeze. I loved it! :)

@crackstar - Which reminds me: Based off of a recommendation by you this summer/fall (I don't remember), I bought my son a bottle of B and M Artique and gave it to him for Christmas. He used it a couple of days later, and promptly went outside to play with the dogs. He said his head felt like a cartoon character. Thumbs up for making that call.

If you really want a good icy blast do what I do.

Ice cold shower with any Stirling Glacial Bath Soap.

Ice cold towel on the face to wet the beard.

Combine lather from any Glacials and Cryogen for a frigid uber lather

    Try not to cry. :Animatedfrozensmily:

I've never tried MITA, but that will be the next Stirling I buy. You guys have always commented so much on that one.

I almost forgot that I have a unused puck of their orange chill too. I was saving it for the warmer weather, but maybe I'll crack that one open tomorrow.

I too like almost all of the Stirling soaps. I like the cushion and glide you get from a good old fashioned tallow based soap. And the scents..... Wow!
I like the Executive Man, Ozark Mnt, Barbershop, MITA, and a new sample I just tried Lemony Orange. All of their scents are top notch! (and the customer service is even better!!!)

I love Lemony Orange. I hope they keep it around (bring it back) off and on. I would LOVE it as a glacial.

I only have one so far - Executive Man. Very good soap. Wife even likes the scent and has encouraged a AS purchase of the scent. I am going to get samples or pucks of a few more - Sharp Dressed Man, Ozark and MITA.

Question - does adding menthol affect scent of soap?

Yes, it does, depending on the amount. Using Stirling for an example, the basic level of "chill" doesn't matter too much, if at all. Move to a glacial, you start to get that Vick's smell. Not bad, but there. Some scents work better with it than others. One of the coldest soaps I have ever tried? Chiseled Face Cryogen. Amazing soap, amazing freeze... It had nothing to add to the Vick's smell. Made me want to curl up in a ball and have my mom rub goop on my chest while my nose ran.

Thank you Pickled Northern - go to forgo the menthol. Just went in and used Executive Man after a totally unnecessary shower and shave so I could smell it and use an Old Type.

I haven't found a Sterling soap I don't enjoy(including Ben Franklin), but my favorite is by far Glacial Lemon Chill. Just love that fresh lemon scent with the cool menthol feel! Its enough menthol to cool you nice, but it doesn't have that menthol smell or eye burning chill that my PAA Frostbyte has.

I say Sharp Dressed Man, my Wife says Executive Man. So I would say pick up both of The Mans.

I have been using these soaps for many months. I find they are easy to lather, and they are about the slickest soaps out there. They also come in a large variety on scents, and at a descent price.
    What's your favorite Stirling Soap?

I have a couple, that I keep going back to.
    Ozark Mountain- my favorite
    Barbershop

I LOVE all the Stirling soaps I have, especially the powerfully-mentholated Glacials.
