I have two NEW LC razors. Canadian made which is brass looking and this one U.S.A. made which appears to be gold/copper in color. Here it is in all it's glory. Curious about the plating. N.B. both of my NEW LC are ball end types with no common cracks on handle. The American LC NEW are the exception to many other "made in .." razors in that they are more aggressive than their Canadian or English contemporaries.

I hauled; Gillette blue tip(a2), feels like aluminum handle, same knurling as the red tip, high lighter. it's in the wash now. I'd say user grade+. Clauss 5/8 full hollow straight razor. same as my other one. I like it well enough to buy another one. real red point 5/8 full hollow round end. this is 3 the pin American made straight razor. it was pretty dirty. but turned out pretty nicely. it is marked," REAL RED POINT made by experts in USA not made in Germany. the other side of the tang says, Harris Brothers& co distributors Chicago any information about this razor would be appreciated. I think it's the cats meow and would like to know all about it. I would assume it was made when the attitudes toward Germany were on the negative side.
Stopped at the West Coast Shaving store in SoCal. Pretty decent. Sort of like a warehouse setup, but carpeted but just shelves and shelves of wet shaving gear. The staff left you alone unless you had a question, which I appreciated. They also let you open up things to smell them, which was cool. They also had tons of aftershaves out that you could sample. Anyway, here is the haul: Soap from an Instagram maker is unlabeled one, B&M Latha, SC Inspiration, B&M Seville, RR Don Marco, Semogue Owner's Club Badger, Merkur 37c Slant, Nivea Sensitive.
My mistake. It was Rite Aid. Walgreens is across the street with CVS around the corner. Too many chain drug stores in my town. I'll take a picture for you next time I'm there.

Glad it arrived! The price is a lot less than I recall for that brand, though I haven't checked in a while. Will it be a daily carry? I like my Spyderco Dragonfly for daily carry.
