Hello all, I'm waiting for four of these- And one of these Parker 87R TTO's- I Shute like the looks of this razor. It reminds me of a Gillette Aristocrat. I hope it lives up to all the hype I hear.
Hey, what happened to your NB16 signature entry? Are you 'out'? Sorry, still catching up on the events from last week.
I'm supporting TSD and its vendors, no reason for the good folks who keep the site up and running to go through a no buy.
I'm waiting for the final part of my 1957 birth year collection. I have a Tech, Super Speed and a Red Tip. Now I'm waiting for the Blue Tip to join the group.
Waiting for four more NF brushes that will help to fill some gaps in my little collection. Three of the five New Forest wooden handle prototypes that Peter ever made (I know @Hodge has one so that leaves one floating around somewhere....) Apparently the reason why these weren't put into production was that Peter couldn't find a cost effective way to waterproof them in a way that he was happy with. In the photo below (from left to right): - 22mm 2 band in an Oak handle, - 2 band in an Tambootie handle, - 22m silvertip in Tambootie, and - a 1901 (which may be the very first 'travel brush' size that he made) Will post some more photos when they arrive.... "Join us....we're waiting for you......"
He can't possible have made an infinite amount of brush types. I'm gonna sit down and count next week....
Hooked on Beaver WoodWright products and informed that a few Ghost Ships back in stock and couldn't resist this one and couple of others: Ghost Shipis a smooth blend of Sandalwood, Grapefruit and Black Amber Queen Anne's Revenge: The top notes are blackcurrant, bergamot, apple, and pineapple. The middle notes are rose, jasmine, and patchouli. With the base notes being musk, oak moss, and vanilla Shiver Me Timbers: blend of Peppermint, Spearmint, Tea Tree and Menthol.
http://m.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=s...3.TR0.TRC0.Xseller:unuta77&sqp=seller:unuta77 This seller has good reviews from the boys over in the U.K., I needed more Ladas blades (courtesy of TSD enablers) and with eBay bucks, I paid about $5 for 100 blades. Here's the thread for those interested: http://theshavingroom.co.uk/communi...rvice-from-unuta77-in-russia-as-always.35602/
