Birth year razor

Finally found a razor from my birth year. And it's a beauty if I must say so myself. 23 US delivered. Very happy with this purchase. Can't wait to try it out even though I'm pretty sure it will be an identical shave to my silver flair tip.

I have one of those and a silver flare tip. I like the shave from the black handle a bit better.

Yeah I was happy just to get a 1973

 

I lucked out a year ago and was able to acquire a U1 Super Speed to go with my January birth year. I spent a bit more than I wanted to but I couldn't pass it up.
The hardest part is being patient enough to wait for the right quarter to show up on eBay. Unfortunately if the seller lists the date code in their description they most likely know what they have and often charge a premium.

 

I found T1 SuperSpeed, Super Adjustable, and Tech without a lot of work. What were you looking for?

 

I've got an A1 Tech from 1980, but I don't have an A3. I did come across a black handled A3 1980 SuperSpeed, though.
