Tom, TOBS Sandalwood cream was my first real shaving soap/cream. Like Charlie, I don't think you could go wrong with any of their scents. I have not used any of the others on your list.
Omg! Pho is my fave! I try to go once a week. There is a Vietnamese community near me that has several restaurants. I order rare steak, tendon and flank with Iced coffee. My wife eats plain steak. So good!

Jan 23 Focus Shave 17 Today's razor is a Dovo Master's, on it's 2nd shave after being refreshed with a Shapton 12k followed by Dovo red/black paste and diamond paste. The razor felt very sharp and still smooth. Three passes and I almost stopped because I was already DFS, more stubble reduction than I usually get from a SR. It is Saturday, the lather is perfect so onward for the BBS. Alum test showed just a slight response, and I finished BBS. All in all a very satisfying shave.
