For all who have RBAD and favor any of the Russian blades, a thought just occurred to me. First, let me say that other than as a possesed consumer, I have no ties whatsoever to the industy. Now for my thought. With all the saber rattling between Washington and Moscow, it seems reasonable to expect U.S. sanctioned embargo against Russian products in the near future. Especially given the very low prices for Astra, Voskod, Russian Gilletes, etc. it may be prudent to stock up now. A 200 pack of your favorites for under $20 may start to look like a Fat Boy for $1.95 before long.

;)Welcome to TSD. As for your RAD, I am afraid there is not much we can do for you. Various treatments have been tried and none have worked well. I have found that vintage razors work best to lessen the symptoms, but some do well with modern razors. I hear a few have tried the Blackbird with some success. Best you hope for is that it goes into remission on its own. We are with you brother...:)

I would also add that some have tried a self imposed quarantine, with varying levels of success. E.g "No Buy '16".

This weekend I went even slightly more insane than I am normally... (normally insane... hmmm)... and thought I needed a new Benchmade pocket knife... until I remembered what I really NEED is a '41 Ranger Tech in pristine condition. I don't know what came over me.

I believe you are experiencing a deeply repressed sense of altruism. When you rescue these items from the Dumb Masses, they are preserved for future generations to enjoy. Good Job Buddy!
