My face feels "frostbitten" after an awesome shave with the Synergy Frost_byte soap which I bought in August 2014 and after splashing on some Krampert's Frostbite aftershave. The menthol effect from both these items is off the charts but as I said, the skincare from the Krampert's aftershave and soap and the scent are far superior to the Synergy stuff. (IMHO) The Astra blade is now retired after a week of faithful service!
SUNDAY Early morning shave using one of my favorite razors, a vintage ODH. Stirling menthol soap (added a generous dash of glycerin to help the lather), Oscar brush and a Fine finish. Lovely shave! Have a blessed Sunday, all!

Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette Platinum in the Maggard V2 Open Comb. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with CC Sweet Water. Bob
My shave of the day this morning consisted of the following: Super Speed blue tip E4 Astra super platinum blade - 3rd use Maggards synthetic brush VDH luxury soap Old Spice knock-off aftershave I like to take it easy on Sundays and give my face a break. The blue tip is just the ticket! My pictures pale in comparison to what you guys have been posting lately. Are you having professional photographers come to your homes? Seriously, they really are looking nice and I'm enjoying them.
