Bar Soap and the Shower

Well....

I remember seeing a comedian talk about how white people tend to put the bar of soap to their skin...while other ethnicities put the soap in a washcloth or what not.

Just wanted to get a consensus of what you all do and use.


I personally just use bar to skin.

Guess I fit the stereotype.

 

Bar to skin for me (when I shower), but I do use a washcloth on the rare occasion that I take a tub bath. <shrug>

Use a cloth manufactured by Whites, probably because I’m half-White.

 

Japanese style washcloth typicly but, right now it is bar to skin and a brush for my back.

 

Bar to skin or shower gel/plastic mesh hand held showering thing.

 

bar to washcloth, or if using liquid soap, one of those fancy-lad pom-poms on a string thingies.

 

Guess men don't use loofa's, they use "mesh thingy’s". :happy102

Still a little light in the loafer if you ask me.

Sounds like the Chappelle Show episode with the skit about "Trading Spouses" TV show where the black character was disgusted about the hair in the soap.

I've tried both ways. Not thrilled with washcloths for much of anything. I just get a good lather in my hands, put the bar down and go.
