Yeah, I saw they have the satin one in stock. Did they issue a news letter that they will also be carrying the AlumiGoose V2?

It's interesting that they are stepping out of direct customer sale.

 

I didn't see the FB Post but just surmised that they would use the same retailer. It's nice that those wanting a Mongoose will not have to deal with a wait list.

 

But, but, but...what about the OC head that I've been on the waiting list for?

Currently just the stainless steel model is in stock, but as soon as the AlumiGoose is ready to roll, Maggard Razors will be carrying it as well. Maybe they will do it like the AlumiGoose 1 send out an email to those on the list.

 

Ya but $179??? They used to be $149 not long ago.

 

I thought batch 3 was $169.

 

Nope! $159 and that's after they increased the price from $149

 

Either way. When you add another layer in the supply chain prices are likely to go up.

 

Just saw that the razors are on sale at Maggards, so I went ahead and made the purchase. $199.90 with a pack of Feather AC Pro Supers, and bought up a Mongoose Sample Pack from Tryablade. What do you guys think?

Seems like the price has increased a bit.

 

I think it's a premium price - which it has always been - but it's one fantastic razor
