Anyone try home nickle electroplating a razor ?

    Yes thanks. Plan on dumping solution since I noticed that one of the coins was a 1953 and could have contaminated the batch.
    Trying an inverted dip as not to plate the handle further. As you can see done on the fly. Down and dirty.

    Not bad vs original condition. Could polish more or redo but will leave as is.

    Good idea. Degrease well. Try to use pure nickle with little contaminants. Share results and good luck.

    Well, I see nickel anodes going for as little as $8 including shipping. That could be a way to go.
