today the Our Unrivalled extra hollow ground came in the mail. I feel giddy. couldn't wait to take it to the hones. seems ready for action tomorrow. all indications are great. nice feel sharp as the dickens this old razor just exudes quality
Surprised to find this in the mail this evening. Custom @Jayaruh Jim brush with 24mm sunrise synthetic knot. Wonderful to hold fitting hand like a glove. Pine with Walnut stain and nice lacquered. Can't wait to try on next shave. Hand modeling available for a nominal fee.
2/11/16 - Rolls Razor Imperial no. 2 has arrived!!! Really cool design!!! I like the weight and it's made solid! Very impressed! All I need to do is get the blade honed and then work on the leather. It might need a little Mineral Oil too.
Today I gave $3 for an absolutely hideous but mint condition late '60s-early '70s avocado green Fire King D-ring mug. It's great. Gonna take it to work because I can leave it lay around and no one will steal it.

I've seen a few of them. Soooo much info. Haha It's amazing that you don't see more of these in the main stray of the community. Very unique.
I also got my straight razor today! Needs some minor cleaning and a good hone. Small bad spot on the edge which hopefully a pro can work right out. Cant wait to try it!
