1. Shadowhunters on Freeform has disappointing reviews, I quite liked the film The Mortal Instruments...

  2. I'd give the shadow hunters a 5/10.
Might be an 8/10 if one is a tween girl watching it :)

Still, not as terrible as DC's legends of tomorrow
  3. Grimm
    Haven (ended last season)
    BBT
    The Blacklist (Netflix)
    NCIS (Netflix)

I would sell my mother if someone would bring back Sanctuary, Eureka, and Warehouse 13.
  4. Loved Sanctuary.
  5. One of the funnier and wittier written shows I've seen in a while...

  6. Fully agree - just found and watched the two episodes this week. Great stuff.
    Co-written by Louis CK.

  7. How about Louis Anderson!!!! I had no idea "he" was on the show until "he" appeared. LOL
  8. Lol, "he" is doing a great job I think!
    It's all very delightfully deadpan-acted.

  9. Baskets was so not funny, almost as bad as The Last Man On Earth...
  10. I have enjoyed watching Tom Ellis in Lucifer, so I have just watched the ten episodes of Rush. It was quite good...
  11. My favorite new show is "Telenovela" It's a hoot!

  12. How're you feeling about it lately?
  13. I was not impressed with Legends, either, but X-files has been very good.
I like Life in Pieces, four well written short stories in a half hour, and I thought The Expanse was pretty good, too.

  14. I watched another two episodes and I actually think it improved quite a bit!
  15. There's a new series of Babylon 5 that's just great...
  16. What? A new season of Babylon 5?!
  17. Blacklist - current favorite, still in season 2 on Netflix
    Walking Dead
    Criminal Minds
    Last Ship
Justified - great show, series ended last season; just wish the language hadn't been so bad, that grates on me.

To check out in the future:
    Baskets
    Hell on Wheels
    Outsiders
  18. Agreed. Good brain candy.

  19. Yes, but the show is called Crusade..from the same people who brought you Babylon 5. The show has some of the same characters and is based loosely on the same themes. One of the main characters is played by the son the the great English actor Edward Woodward, Peter Woodward. At one point they were playing opposite each other. Peter Woodward has IMO scary high levels of acting ability...
  20. Crusade was made in 1999 :) ...
