The first raffle took a couple days as I recall. It seems to work better doing them one at a time when you consider that we've got members around the world in multiple time zones, several people bought multiple chances (so someone's name can come up more than once), some folks will decline their opportunity, and the options continue to change as individual prizes are claimed and/or declined.
And then of course you've got those people with the "my wife just had a baby" excuse (@Norcalnewb)
And even if you did name several names to start; you still have to wait until each person takes their turn choosing in the order that the names are drawn.
But I'm with you, I get pretty antsy waiting for each one.

 

I gotcha on this world wide thing and can understand the complicated process.... So hurry up already!
