I think it's a great series anyway. What does seem to be newish are all those Star Trek Continues episodes they got going. Saw one the other day called Pilgrims of Eternity that was really pretty good..
I tried giving the show a fair chance but after the last episode I'm done. Way too much teen angst and a lead actress that is hot but a terrible, terrible actress. I felt cleansed as I deleted the show
Unless a series is higher than a 7.5 on IMDB I tend to skip it. Strangely movies can be low as 6 on IMDB and be watchable ...
I watched "Terminator: The Sarah Conners Chronicles" back in 2008. That was the last TV show I watched all the way through. Excluding "Robot Chicken" & "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" from a couple of years ago.
A new season of "Better Call Saul" starts tomorrow (Monday) night! A new season of "Vikings" begins Thursday.
The new show "11.22.63" that premiered this week seems promising, at least on paper; * Based on a novel by Stephen King * Eight-part mini series * Produced by JJ Abrams * Stars James Franco Premise: "A teacher is presented with the chance to travel back in time to 1960 and attempts to prevent the assassination of JFK, but becomes attached to the life he makes in the past." Another new show that just started that sounds good on paper is "Vinyl" by Martin Scorcese and Mick Jagger about record company men in NYC set in the 1970's.
Any recommendations for recently cancelled TV series? I am looking at Hannibal and Pretty Little Liars, and possibly Chuck and Hart of Dixie...
