I figured that I should finally post on here after lurking for quite some time. I've been using a Gillette Fusion cartridge razor for a number of years (Mach 3 before that, and the cheapy disposable ones before that), but found that no matter what I did, I can't seem to avoid razor burn/ingrown hairs on my neck. Had my first DE shave tonight, and I'm pretty pleased with the results. WTG and XTG on the sides of my face and 1 pass WTG for my neck. I definitely need practice but the WTG and XTG areas are very smooth and a LOT closer than the Gillette Fusion used to get. (I'll post pictures of what I got in the mail after my mandatory 5 posts)

Well from one new guy to another, welcome to the board. I like TSD quite a lot. It is unlike some other boards in the respect that so far as I can tell everyone here is mellow and not starting ye ole' flame wars every other post! Enjoy those shaves!
