So anyhow, I have gone my entire life without trying to grow a Mustache. Have no clue why I never tried. My dad has had one since he was a teenager and has never shaved it. He is 83. Well anyhow 1 month ago today I decided to grow one out. My wife is not too pleased about it. But screw it. I am doing this for me for once. So after tonight’s shave and my first trim. This is what I have. What do you think? Before picture
It looks just fine. In fact, it makes you look younger. Not that you’re old! Wait! I mean you look even younger, eh... Sheesh!
I'd say keep it, Tom. My kids have informed me many times that I am not allowed to have one. So I can live vicariously through you.
Looks very good. I grew mine at age 35. I shaved it off one time and my wife gave me hell for it. Started it back the following day. I'll be 86 next week.
The ‘stache rocks. In fact, seeing the ‘with’ picture first, the ‘without’ picture looks strange. You have a ‘stache face. It just works. I’ve tried every possible combination of facial hair from a full beard to a pencil line moustache, to the Van Dyke to the Hitler ‘stache. They all looked stupid. Some people look ‘right’ or ‘normal’ with facial hair. It definitely works for you. In the first picture, you kinda’ look like a tough guy Alex Trebek. Like if you got the answer wrong, you might get a little shoe in the pants.
Do whatever makes you happy... If it is keeping it for a while, keep it. You can always ditch it when you get bored or tired of hearing about it....
Sorry, but I gotta disagree here. Second pic, clean shaven: Don (De Niro) who means serious business. First pic: Felon on probation looking for a job.
Looks good! I've had some sort o f facial hair since I was 13. With the exception of a year and a half working in the food industry I never took it off.
