I can't post pictures.

I don't think the "Paint" program lets you change the resolution.

 

If you use Gmail you can just e mail the picture to yourself and it will reduce the size of the picture for you. Or just take a screen shot.

I think all e-mail does lower the resolution of a picture. But then I would have to save it in 2 places for pictures I already have. This site is just too much trouble to post pictures to.
