I had the same thing. My version lets me choose tapatalk under the photo sharing option. I don't know if this will work for you, just a thought.
While I am not certain it will help your problem, we just finished updating to a new version of tapatalk...
What is the advantage of using tapatalk. Every time I open this form on my iPhone it want me to load the app, which is annoying. I mostly use my iPad these days.
I prefer forum surfing with Tapatalk as I browse a few forums and not all have good mobile sites. Its just easier to bounce between them. I never use it to upload photos. I host them elsewhere and link to them.
