When I go camping I insist that I at least attempt to approximate the quality of coffee I make at home. I have a GSI Outdoors french press that I take camping. I will weigh out and grind individual servings of coffee and put them in small zip lock baggies. I suppose I could take a small grinder with me but that's just more stuff to carry. This works well enough. And since everything tastes better outdoors, I can hardly the tell the difference between the trail and home. This is what camping is all about.
