    Spice Mix

    1 tsp. Dried Dill

    1 tsp. Dried Cilantro

    1 tsp. Dried Chervil

    1 tsp. Garlic powder

    1 tsp. Onion powder

    1 tsp. Salt

    1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard

    1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Mix & Store in a spice Jar.

Add 1 tbl. Spice blend to 1/2 c. Buttermilk + 1/2 c. Mayo or Sour Cream.

Stir until smooth. Store in refrigerator.

Notes- 1) You can modify the spice blend to your taste.
    2) It’s probably best to make the dressing in small quantities. Unlike what you buy at the grocery store, it lacks preservatives, so it does not have the same shelf life.

Something I forgot to mention- if you are watching fat content, it is fine to make this with reduced-fat mayo or sour cream. I made the first batch with light sour cream and both texture and taste were pleasing. If budget is a consideration, sour cream is the less costly option.
