Yeah, @Billyfergie is spot on. They do not come shave ready, and only a percentage of them can be made shave ready. Generally experts will buy ten to twenty of them, looking for the five or so that are fixable. As for where to get them already fixed...no clue.

I should either be really happy...or worried...that I'm always the only one that bids on these old metal cartridge razors. This one was $5...and the one I bought before this about $1. This is a Wilkinson WII by Sir Kenneth Grange (again) and is, along with the Protector, my favorite types of handle.
I won these today. Couldn't pass up the deals. This lot was mostly to flip. I know of the rolls razor and I know about the gem ( looks nos?) but these two other razors.. I'm not familiar with. They are unusual to me.

Alcohol based with lots of healing stuff in them I got: Gratiot League Square, 2 oz bottle La Forêt de Liguest, sample Champs de Lavande, sample Bon Vivant, sample Delor de Treget, sample Vide Poche, sample The Gratiot sounded the yummiest, tobacco, leather, rose, clove, nutmeg, sandalwood, vetiver, vanilla, musk, bergamot, and amber. I went crazy and got carried away. I bought 3 lot of safety razors and straights. This is the first lot. The second lot Want to learn with a straight. Yes, all 4 of them. What do you think of my hauls? I might need some help with recognizing most of them.

After receiving a RazoRock Plissoft Disruptor Synthetic for my oldest son yesterday I had to order one for myself. This brush feels so nice in hand, it's a great buy.
I was going to give my son my Plisson, but I decided that I better keep it and order a Disruptor instead for myself.
