Three things for me today. Two straight razors for $15.00. One is a Zanol manufactured at The American Products Co in Cincinnati Ohio. The other is a NON-XXL (?) by Joseph Allen & Sons in Sheffield. Then we have an EverReady 1914 in a very nice box.



And last, I found a barber in a flea market that seemed to have a nice selection of gear.

I bought some Thayers today to see what all the fuss was about. I now know. This is the aloe formula accented with rose petal. It feels great going on, I will be using this from now on instead of alum (unless I'm bleeding)

Is the rose scent strong? I was at whole foods when I bought mine and they had lavender and rose. I thought it would be best to get the unscented.

Wowsers what a vendor!! What are those clear Pinaud bottles at the top? I've never seen those.

I bought this at Sprouts. I have no baseline on this but it's been 30 minutes and I can still smell the rose petal scent and I put the Nivea on afterwards. It is not overpowering but it is there.

Looks to be hair tonic.

It would be hard for me to choose a favorite.. If you twisted my arm I'd pick the top one. With a boar knot, but the bottom one is really cool.

Was out and about and stumbled upon a bottle of Gold Bond Men's Everyday Essentials Lotion, my bottle I have is getting low so I bought it. This stuff is fantastic! Evaporates and 15 seconds. Non- greasy.

Found a small boxed bottle of Safari edt from 1991. Vaguely remember seeing it on shelves way back when but had never owned it before.

And more new vintage socks! I like socks.

I'm starting to enjoy a boar brush more often now, I never used one enough for it to break in up until recently.
