    I'm so in love with my Plissoft synthetic that there are no words. This brush is one of the best buys I ever made from Italian Barber. It needed virtually NO breaking in, and it makes every soap or cream I use it with lather up like a maniac. The Don Marco soap smells so nice and refreshing with excellent lather. The skincare may not be the absolute best, but a little Lubriderm moisturizer will soothe and protect a freshly-shaved face against razor burn or irritation. The Booster aftershaves are some of my favourites - this Iced Lime has an awesome old-school scent and feels wonderful! ;) :D

    Took a shave off yesterday. Back to my S.R. focus today. PUUR Blacksmith soap is carbon infused and doesn't bowl lather well for me. Load up a boar brush and face lathering using @Norcalnewb 's Baseball Pattern© is the ticket. Square tipped straights might not be recommended for newbies first shaves. Glad I'm not feeling too newb anymore. Alum block did show me some irritation on my neck. That's what I get for letting the FatBoy have it's way with me Saturday. Splash of Special Edition for a smooth finish, and some Azalea from the front yard for color.

    Thank you... Is your name Rob? I remember avatars, but names take me longer. Dale Carnegie class was too long ago.
    After I shave I set up, shoot several photos, then use @Darkbulb 's method of color/ contrast/ saturation photoshopping. This android phone picture seemed over exposed as it washed out the shave towel I commonly use as a background. I went with it.
