Thank you good sir! Definitely having a great time with the bunny - but boy this bunny doesn't take any prisoners I will write a review at the end of the week on your Australian forum...
ShaveSecret PSoil / Strop Shoppe S.E. Cataraugus B-hone / Torrey 5/8 alum block / Pinaud Lilac Vegetal After using PreShave oil for better than a week I have to say it does make a difference for me. I ought to making my own. Maybe lime patchouli instead of bay rum scented. Still have several uses left in this discontinued tallow soap. Good stuff & I should have bought a full sized rather than six samples. Poking through my straights, I spotted a Torrey I had forgotten. Amazing what a barbers hone will do in a couple strokes. Stropped up and shaved for a very smooth DFS! One nick on my chin closed quickly, no noise from the alum. Being Chosen, I enjoyed a goody handful of the green. Good day, Ya'll.
My SOTD This is a night shave as I won't have time in the morning. It's 1230am lol! Prep - hot shower Razor - red tip Blade - Israel store brand with like 7 shaves I think Brush - trader joes synthetic Soap tabac Post - witch hazel, neutrogena balm Cologne- citrus musk By far the best shave with this razor!! I bloomed the tabac and I got a little more moisture and slickness out of it on the second pass.. I payed attention to pressure. I was just skimming my face with no pressure.. And I'm smooooooth as silk. I kept going over and over and finally I got a weeper.. So I stopped and just went over a few spots. I probably did like 6 passes. But wow!! Now I felt the sting of the cologne, but I don't feel irritated at all!! Damn good shave.. I'm a happy camper and I'm gonna sleep really good for like 5 1/2 hours lol.. Gotta get up early am.. Happy shaving gents!!

Mein Freund, zuerst ist das ein fantastisches Bild - ich bin damit wirklich beeindruckt! Auch freut es mich sehr dass Du eine tolle Rasur hattest! Tabac ist eine ganz ausgezeichnete Seife!
After using this wonderful Glacial Wintergreen trio I think that any colder and my face would have disintegrated!!!!!!! I don't think that even a professional barber could have given me a closer shave than this!
3/16/16 - #97 Blackbird Derby Extra (4) IanS shaving soap RazoRock Plissoft Avon Windjammer 2 passes and near BBS. The blade seems even better on day 4.
•Brut bar soap (for bath and shave) •Schick Personal Touch razor and cartridge •Omega boar 2 pass DFS+ The PT cartridges are easily as sharp as Trac II, their main competitor at that time, and noticeably sharper than current generics. I just didn't feel like chasing the baby this morning, as it'd take a bit of work because this all-plastic handle is weightless. Instead I chose to embrace my inner brute. •Family Dollar Brut knockoff •Brut spray can deo •Points North vetiver (Brut-ish) cologne Spring starts in four days so I should smell pleasantly green in a few hours as most of it dies down. Onward and upward...
SOTD Wed. 3/16/16 Pre Shave Cleanser: Noxzema Classic Pre Shave Oil: RR Essential Oil of Lime Shave Soap: TFS Ginestra Di Taormina Shave Brush: RR Disruptor Synthetic Razor: Stahly Live Blade Blade: Personna Lab Blue After Shave Balm: Stirling Mita Soap: Grandpa's Pine Tar Soap Cologne: Halston 1-12 by Haslton Good morning friends. Wonderful shave this morning with the Stahly it was one of my first vintage razors and largely responsible for helping me develop my technique. The Stahly offers a mild shave but in a very smooth cruising type of way...like a Cadillac. Because it is so safe it really helped me develop technique...you would have to be trying hard to nick yourself with this razor. I believe it would be excellent for newbies. The new to me TFS soap is a dream...very cushiony sweet smelling goodness. I won a gracious PIF from @Norcalnewb this morning and I couldn't be happier! I think there are two SE razors to choose from...very exciting as I've never used one and look forward to it. Have a great shave and a great day guys.
SOTD March 16, 2016 Prep: Warm shower Blade: Personna lab blue (2) Razor: Maggard MR1 with V2 open comb Brush: Satin Tip 'ThePurest' synthetic Lather: Proraso Red shaving soap Post: Witch hazel splash enhanced with Fine American Blend, Nivea sensitive balm WTG, touch-up Nice, efficient shave again this morning with Proraso Red and the Maggard MR1. I'm really enjoying the scent of the Proraso soap and figured that Fine American blend would be a good complement. The Satin Tip brush is perhaps becoming my favorite as it performs really well. One pass with touch-up is sufficient for the weekdays. I had a little stubble on my neck that needed some more touch-up, but that's okay. I'll get it tomorrow. Have a great day!
