You will enjoy it. The Treet is an interesting razor. It's a 1912 type design of course, but if you look at the comb you will notice that it bears a striking resemblance to the Gem Micromatic Clog Pruf. --Bob

I'm in. Put a reminder in Outlook already. Now I just need to figure out which one is the ER 1914. I think I have some.
Hmm....gonna have to look for one....I have a slew of lather catchers...but might not have one of those....
I'm in - thanks for the reminder. The 1914's been on my mind. I was thinking of shaving with it today - now I'll put it on the calendar for Thursday.
I tried my first shave with the Gem 1912 I won in the @PickedNorthern PIF. I've used a Treet SE and a Star SE before on a limited basis, but the 1912 was, by far, more comfortable and easy to use. Don't know if it's the razor or my abilities so I'll chalk it up to the razor. I was enjoying the razor a bit too much, got a bit cocky and ended it with a little irritation, but otherwise I've got a really nice DFS.
I find the FW to be very pleasant. I am not good at describing smells so I borrow the following. It has citrus notes (bergamot, lemon, neroli) with spicy notes (cloves, cinnamon) and an occasional floral accent (jasmine, rose). To me it is not overpowering and subsides. However, when I wet my face to wash at night, the scent pops right back up.
I just had a most wonderful shave with my F. I had about 2 days of beard and wasn't sure it was the right choice. Hah! The smoothness and efficiency of the F is just fantastic. It had been a bit while since I used it. Glad I did. The dolphins are jealous once again.
