The Bottom-Dial Toggle Executive PIF: Ended- Winner chosen

The mythical Bottom-Dial Toggle Executive is the Bigfoot or Sasquatch of the wet-shaving world. It is so rare that I made it up myself. So, if you win this pif, I will include a picture of it for you.

Also included in the pif are the following:

1. Home-made scuttle (not the brush)

5. Variety of sample scents (CONUS only) and soaps

This pif is in honor of my Dad who passed in 1997. He would have been 102 this year.
