I like it so far. If you're a face lather shaver, this is a nice brush, and a nice looking one.

 

A Maggard's 22mm synthetic knot. I've got a spare handle laying around, so I might as well put it to use.

 

I've got the steel black tip...it's a sweet razor.

Next month will be one year that I traded away a Merkur Futur for EJ XL Silvertip Fibre in horn and though I like the EJ brush I missed shaving from time to time with the Merkur Futur. Well just completed another trade and gave up a new 39C that has been sitting in the den for a year and a tube of Tabac for a 3 times used Merkur Futur in Satin.
