    A somewhat classic shave this morning with awesome results, Dolphin smooth!!:happy088:

    Most delightful and FRIGID - the more I use these Glacial soaps the more I love them. The Lemon Chill gave me some of the richest, slickest, potently-mentholated lather with its lovely lemony scent and great blade glide for an awesome BBS shave. The Diana balm prolonged that freeze, and the Arctique nearly made me collpse with a HUGE freeze of its own! :happy088: :happy088:

    Maximum Tea Tree
    I decided to use as much tea tree as possible today. Starting with Body Shop Tea Tree face wash, I was able to keep it menthol, too, since HTGAM FrostByte includes tea tree. Blooming the soap helped release the scent and oils as my brush built the lather. This soap is one of the first I bought, it's about three years old now, and I think newer soaps have surpassed it. The shave was good and drama free with my Futur set on five and loaded with a Voskhod. I finished with Shea Moisture Tea Tree Elixir and Body Shop Tea Tree lotion. Overall, I don't know that the tea tree made a difference in shave closeness, but maybe it helped with post shave feel a bit.

    Menthol Monday's SOTD was on the mild side with regard to menthol.............

    Cella Extra Extra Purissima face lathered w/Simpson's Duke 2 Best
    Merkur 1904 w/a fresh Astra blade
    Witch hazel rinse followed by Nivea Cooling ASB and finishing w/Aqua Velva Ice Sport aftershave

    2-passes w/touch-up for a fantastic near BBS shave!

    Not sure how many shaves on this blade but think it's done. Still a nice shave was had and I"m ready to go (I think). Now go enjoy your day folks

    Extremely smooth shave this morning. I had to check and make sure I had a blade in the razor. 3 passes and DFS.
