Tuesday's TESC Pre-Shave Oil Speick Shave Cream Jayaruh #51 synthetic The Bunny V3 w/NOTSO comb Schick Injector CWR, Asma Alum Block Thayers Rose Petal WH Speick After Shave This was my second shave with the NOTSO comb. My respect and technique for The Bunny have grown, and I have had no further incidents of blood loss. The Speick Shave Cream face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #51 synthetic brush. Two passes with The Bunny V3 injector razor with the NOTSO comb and a Schick Injector blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Speick After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Thanks, Mike. I'm just doing what I can. You guys set the bar pretty high. It is a real privilege to be a part of the pass around.
Menthol Monday: Prep: Hot shower, Nivea Face Wash Brush: Simpson 56 Best Badger Lather: Stirling Glacial Obsidian soap Razor: RazoRock Bamboozled RAKE OC Blade: Bolzano Superinox (2) Passes: WTG, XTG, XTG (2, 3, 4) Post: Cold water rinse, Bloc Osma Alum, Thayer's WH pad, Aqua Velva Ice Blue AS splash Cologne: Xeryus by Givenchy Taking a break from my blade testing because I'll be using new-to-me products tomorrow for my birthday shave. I loaded up the Bolzano last night and did a 1-pass test lather and shave with the new Fresh Ginger shaving croap I received from @mhari_dubh; it worked pretty well. Lather with the Stirling was among the best I've gotten with it, which naturally means the soap is starting to form a doughnut and will be done before too long. Luckily, I have ample options as backups. DFS+ results today, with a tiny weeper under my bottom lip thanks to a tremor in my hand.

Cool pic Doug. It brought back fond memories of my grandparents house when I was growing up for some reason.

Here are the tools required for one of the best Menthol Monkey Freezes known to mankind! Tuesday morning: Neutrogena Men Facial Wash Razorock Plissoft 26 mm Monster Junjie/Astra day 2 Stirling Glacial Spearmint SS Stirling Glacial Wintergreen AS Balm Stirling Glacial Wintergreen WH Old Spice Cologne Somehow, someway I really enjoy the combination of spearmint and wintergreen - they're both so invigorating scentwise. The Glacial Spearmint soap's scent fills the bathromm while I'm lathering up and shaving. Man alive, I'm still in shock at how easy this soap is to lather when once upon a time it was very tough to get it going for just an acceptable lather. Rod turned "just acceptable" into rich, billowing, wonderful lather which clobbers you with insanely-cold menthol. As I've stated so many times, this soap has such brilliant, soothing post-shave care. Both the Glacial Wintergreen balm and witch hazel make the end of a shave feel like your face has a built-in air conditioner going full blast!
