Razor: Merker Futur Polished Chrome 2015 (1.5) Brush: Rubberset 400 #3 WD 24/50 Silvertip (Jedi Lightsaber) Mug: Old Spice 1985 Cobalt Blue Cream/Soap: Route 66 Bourbon Jungle Blade: Feather (1) Post shave: Thayers Cucumber WH, Jack Black balm, Cerruti 1881 Swirled up some Bourbon Jungle into my favorite OS mug. The Silvertip whipped up some nice warm lather. The Futur made quick work in 2 passes WTG XTG. I really like the ease it is to shave with. A little touchup on my neck ATG and done. The Cucumber WH felt good, nice and fresh. After cleanup some JB and when it dried, some Cerruti 1881. Y'all have a good one!

Tobacco Lounge shaving soap Razor: RazoRock Bamboozled RAKE OC Blade: Bolzano Superinox (3) Passes: WTG, XTG, ATG (5, 6, 7) Post: Cold water rinse, Bloc Osma Alum, Thayer's WH pad, Pinaud Clubman AS splash Cologne: Jasmine et Cigarette by Etat Libre d'Orange My first tobacco soap for my birthday shave. I haven't seen much from others here about this particular soap, but it lathered very easily, with plenty of slip and adequate cushion; it seemed like the cushion would be better if my familiarity with it were better. Because of the day, I decided to include an ATG pass. This produced no bloodshed, but my face definitely felt more tender than it has when I've foregone that pass in favor of a second XTG pass. Nearly BBS results without bloodshed count as a success, though, particularly on the soap's maiden voyage.
