    Agreed.
I much prefer the color (or colour as they say to the North and across the Pond) of my Canadian E (left) to my US E2.
Shave quality is very close as well! Love 'em both and won't part with them.

Well..That's Interesting You said That..I found the Same..The Canadian made Ones seem to have a Slighty Heavier Gold Plating & the Overall Finish on the Head & Handles is Superior to USA made Ones..I can only put this Down to the Fact the Canadian Plant wasn't Producing as Many as the USA Plant & that there was less Wear & Tear on the Factory Machinery & Excellent Quality Control...The Same can be Hypothesised for the Dutch made Schick Injectors as Well..:angelic007:

:happy097:..So Funny..To put the Ball back into the USA Made Schick Type E Injectors Park..The USA Made 1941 Type E 2 with the Circles embossed on the Top Spring was surly the Most Beautiful of All..This was Introduced for the 1st Time along with the 1941 20 Yrs Guarantee..:p

To my Knowledge & I Could be Wrong..The Canadian Plant didn't make this Model..It had Very Thick Gold Plating & it was the only Model with these Circles as You can See.. I think You will Agree..This USA Made 1941 Model Type E 2 is Absolutely Stunning..:happy088:

One Up to the USA Schick Plant..:taunt002:

Ouch. Yes the adjustables, Senator, Sheraton, Red Tip, Aristocrat, Gems, PAL etc.
Specifically the handle knurling on the FB and Aristocrat is unmatched by any current razor made today.
My prior comments were mostly observations and never digs.
No offence intended and apologize if any taken.
Canadian built or not these were U.S. owned factories after all. I don't forget that.

I just sold two of my E2's to a gent in Seattle. I was only intending to sell the one in case and also gave him a price for the one without case. He wanted both and sent me money quicker than a Robby like. :D
Receiving another E2 as part of a lot buy tomorrow to fill spot.

    My thoughts aswell...
    image.jpg
I made my final touch-up pass with the G8 so I included it in the photo....

I used both these brushes tonight...,I couldn't help myself...But in this photo, I had just finished...Rinsed them out....shook them and this is how they instantly blossomed out....

Man, even this little travel beauty holds enough product to shave 2 Chuck Norris'es without reloading....unbelievable....The larger of the two, isn't really that big as you can see...but it holds enough lather....I could load it up on Sunday and shave all week long....

I'm quite knocked out by both.....Gary, if you see this...You are a gentleman and a scholar.....aswell as a master brush man......These certainly look as if I bought them new at Rexall yesterday.....April 7, 1952....

I think both handles are quite fetching....and the little travel brush has a dense blossom and very unique looking handle...whose shape also makes it very ergonomic...actually both are....I had never heard of the Stag brand of men's toiletries before....but I love these, and Gary says he believes these were made by ASR (ever ready) for Rexall Drug Stores....

    Great Shaves Everybody!!!!!

The Schick twin is a fantastic blade......24hrs later and I could almost pass as clean shaved. The blade loaded into the Type I easily.

...(internal dialogue - yeah, why take the chance in damaging the F, especially after ALL the $$$ you invested in it? :angry019:
And you'll never find another without a higher cost? :lam:
How many times do you have to learn the hard way! :angry032: Speaking of which, I wonder if the Mets have a chance this year? Their pitching is still top notch, but I think they need a better set-up reliever. and Wright's disability is really starting to show. and was Cespedes worth all that money? I mean every ball hit to him is an adventure! Maybe he should DH? Oh that's right, no DH in the National League. Aargh, they should outlaw the DH! Whose stupid idea....)

    Too funny. :happy097:

This month I’m focusing on the Schick Type F.

    Morning shave
    Hot Shower
Soap: Barrister & Mann Diamond Shave Soap
    Brush: Rubberset 400-4
    Razor: Schick Type F
Blade: NOS Schick Plus Platinum (2)
    TSD Witch Hazel
    AS: Florida Water

    04-08-16.JPG

    Two-pass shave. (XTG, ATG)
Best shave so far with the F and one of the smoothest I’ve had on my chin with any razor. It was so smooth that I even tempted fate with a bit of ATG on the chin and corners of my mouth. Excellent!

    Cheers!

Whoa, stop right there pal. It was an minty Schick D that I had so blatently misused and abused by not only loading but leaving a twin blade installed for weeks on end. :ashamed001:

I may have loaded a twin blade in the F but I don't remember telling anyone :signs002:
