What a wonderful glimpse of the man your father was. I think it's really wonderful that you'll use his beautifully restored razor each day; something so small, yet it was an integral part of his life.

 

FIRST SHAVE REPORT AND REVIEW:
So I loaded it with an Astra SP... a fine blade I think... Excellent shave. My official review: wow. I love it. Now I understand the appeal of this particular razor. It weighs in exactly between my Rocket HD and Red Tip Heavy. Perfect. Very grippy handle, smooth and easy to use. Perfect shave. Money well spent in my opinion.

 

What a great story about a great man, his son and a great razor.

RE really did a great job on that Aristocrat! I might send in mine, as it reminds me of the one my Dad used, too.
