My first use of TSD products and I'm very impressed. I tried the AS milk and the M-Bomb. I love the milk, it feels great on my skin and 3 hours later I can still smell the Neroli which smells amazing. It was also my first use of menthol, I'm definitely a fan. Second shave with the R41 and again I'm BBS, it just mows down my whiskers. Everything else worked great, I'm very happy with this lineup. Have a great day folks! Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
Evening shave for FRIDAY Wostenholm Week, Day 6 — This Wostenholm & Son's IXL frame back (circa 1850-60) measures a hair over 6/8" in width; flat jimped tang with a slightly stubby tail and impression-stamped black horn scales. Required some extensive clean-up and new pins. The blade took a wonderfully keen edge off the hones. Three comfy passes using L'Occitane 'Cade' soap with a Fine 'Platinum' finish. Have a great Friday, everyone!

Gillette Red Tip Personna Med Prep Rubberset 400-4 two band badger CRSW Le Chypre Sombre Alum L'Occitane Cade balm My new special edition Cold River Soap came in today. After a long awful day at work I needed a special shave... Thus new CRSW soap is wonderful... The scent is my favourite right next to Bois Floraux. Performance of course is tops. Skincare is great and with the shea butter balm post shave feel was out of this world.
SOTN 04-15-16 After a busy day there is nothing like a relaxing bath and watch frothing of Shavemac happy with the two bands to MdC Fougere. The edge of the Philharmonic sub zero at that point they needed it reached with the Naniwa 12000. That contrast, steel cut as hard as smooth. For Flint Friday Excellent lather and scent as usual from this soap. The Futur glided easily and without drama for a three pass BBS. I used cold water throughout and that helped my neck, which became tender later yesterday from the MMOC. The aftershave is very soothing and carries the citrus/mossy scent for a few more hours. Top notch shave all around. One of the most enjoyable as well as one of the best shaves this week with the Glacial Lemon Chill soap. To this day I'm flabbergasted at how easily my Plissoft 26mm makes it lather a mountain for me and so easily. The freeze hit me right away and felt stronger and stronger. The Lemon Chill witch hazel kept that freeze going beautifully! Enjoy the weekend, folks!
SOTD Fri. 4/15/16 Pre Shave Cleanser: Noxzema Classic Pre Shave Oil: DG Vitamin E Shave Soap: Haslinger Coconut Shave Brush: Semogue 620 Boar Razor: Evahs Blade: Personna Lab Blue After Shave Balm: Stirling Mita Soap: Grandpa's Sandalwood & Shea Soap Cologne:1881 by Cerruti Good morning my friends. Today i tried out my new to me Haslinger soap PIF from Joseph aka @Primotenore. buddy, the soap is good but not exceptional. I had to bowl load it because it has a tendency to crumble. I loaded it like i do with all my soaps with a semi dry brush and i dipped my brush tips in the iced water as needed for my desired slickness. It whipped up into a yogurt consistency albeit not as thick as i prefer and it is slick but not as slick as i prefer and although it smells nice it falls short of producing a strong scent. I had a fantastic shave overall and my Evahs performed wonderfully , not a whisker left. Lovely face freeze further enhanced by my MITA balm for a lovely finish. Have a wonderful shave and wonderful weekend folks.
