Well I don't exactly know what I'm volunteering for, but I've got a good hunch that it involves razor blades and your face! And in that case, I'm in! (Off to buy a month's supply of popcorn...)
Blades and my face? I'm not THAT daring! Yeah, well it's just picking numbers when it's your turn. Still getting the layout where I want it. Basically a list of blades (some are doozies) and razors (again some are not the best). I'm considering throwing a soap option in as well including a couple of questionable choices. OH, and a wildcard choice that would force me to randomize a list of the most entertaining possibilities. After all it's MAYhem we're talking about....we need lots of randomness and potential disaster versus glorious shaves.
Tuesday Shower/Shave Shower- Noxzema facial cleaner, Dr. Bronner's All-One Hemp Peppermint bar soap Pso- Homemade grapefruit PSO Brush- RazoRock Plissoft Razor- Muhle R41 head on a Maggard MR5 handle Blade- Gillette Silver Blue (1) Soap- Catie's Bubbles Mile High Menthol with extra M-Bomb Thayers Witch Hazel with grapefruit EO AS- Aqua Velva Another wonderful shave tonight, 3 passes and I'm BBS. It's like the R41 and the GSB were made for each other, great combo. I really like this soap and now I'm officially addicted to menthol. My new spray bottles worked great, I really like Aqua Velva and Thayers and grapefruit EO are excellent together. Have a great day folks!
Gold Dollar 208 Razorock 24mm Finest Badger Razorock SMDF Soap/Croap/Cream- This damn soap is so bipolar it hasn't made up its mind what class it is in. Maggard Alum Block Fine American Blend Had a late night shave tonight after the kids went to bed. I am starting to realize that I cant do my normal method of loading with the soap as it is such a strange consistency that if I do my normal "Load it like you hate it" loading I pick up way to much product and its like putting glue on my face. I found this out the hard way when I started to build a face lather and the lather was bone dry... added about 300 gallons of water and finally got it where I wanted it. 3 passes (WTG,XTG, ATG) and I am BBS. On my 2nd pass I lost concentration for a second and cut into my Goatee so bad that I had to get rid of everything. It was heart breaking....at least to me as I now look like an overgrown tattooed 10 year old...
I use CB Mile High. But with M-Bomb? Sir you are beyond addicted. Remember, it's a 'gateway' thing. Careful or you're on your way to @crackstar status!
Well until you get that goatee back on its face I'll do the best I can to fill in as the resident Heisenberg.
