shaves just don't get better than this one for me

 

'Wostenholm Week, Day 7'—my first shave since Thursday eve. I grabbed one of my favorites: a large 7/8" 'Pipe' razor from George Wostenholm & Son. This was restored & rescaled in feathered black horn several years ago and I just love the feel of this blade. I've never had a 'less-than-stellar' shave from it. Not bad for a $20 antique store rescue! Martin de Candre lather and Musco Real No.3 'Spiced Citrus' finish.

I had My Maiden Shave today with my Newly Acquired Engels Solingen 6/8th..One WTG Pass & One ATG Pass & a Wee Polish & Dolphin Smooth..This Razor was made for a Barbershop in Belgium & has the Barbers name engraved on the blade..A very Forgiving SR with a Keen Edge with plenty of feedback..The Spring is arriving on the West Coast of Scotland..It has been a Darn long Winter...Nature is going through a Natural Yin & Yang Cycle...Good Karma..

Sorry about the repetitive annoying pictures of the same 3 razors but alas it is all I have. Thinking of splurging on payday and getting some new razors to keep things interesting.

 

How about a better camera instead?
