I have had enough with the Rockwell blades. They may be smooth, but so is a butterknife. It is all YMMV, but I won't be buying more.

Blade: Rapira super stainless (5th shave)
Brush: RazoRock plissoft
Soap: SDM
Aftershave: Barbasol Pacific rush
Balm: DIY shavewizard's pre/post butter



3 pass shave today. The SDM soap whips up a nice thick lather, and has excellent post shave. Got a smooth BBS shave, have really been getting great results from the homemade butter, it took some mixing to get the consistancy right. The shea butter/ coconut oil was seperating from the witch hazel, glycerin, and Aloe vera gel. Hope everyone had a great shave!

The TABAC Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #59 synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the German Travel razor with a Gillette Wilkinson Sword blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Pinaud Vegetal. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

That was my first shave with the Gillette Wilkie. It was really smooth and sharp. It was my first shave with this German travel razor, too. It looks a lot like a 20s OT head, but it was a super smooth shaver. I was very pleased it the performance.

Fantastic! I had been wondering about the Wilkinson blades myself for a while.

Great quick, two pass shave today, first pass XTG, second AGT. Loaded the Paladin for a minute or so. MDC easy to lather, thick and shiny, with great glide and a nice fougere scent.The King Cobra gave me another scary close BBS shave without drama. Finished with some cool and refreshing Capri from Folsom & Co. Stoked for a great weekend without the Grandkids God love 'em. Have a great weekend everyone!
