  1. Razor: Bunny V3
    Blade: Schick Injector (1)
Brush: Mokume-Gane Carbon and Red Copper Silvertip
    Soap: RazoRock Don Donato
    A/S: RazoRock Don Donato

The Bunny V3 arrived today. when I opened the well packed product I thought it looked pretty cool. Then I remembered that I don't believe I had ever shaved with a Schick type razor or blade.
I found that loading the new blade was very easy, and with just a little wiggle it slipped in just fine. the razor felt very good in my hand and I felt that the balance was well suited to the Bunny V3. I found it was very easy to find the correct angle of attack after only a few strokes. I used the already attached "Notso", and I will use it again then change to the "Mild". I was very happy with my first shave with the Bunny V3. I did find that it rinsed better under running water than just swishing it around in the sink. Right out of the box I got a DFS.

Shower- Noxzema facial cleaner, Dr. Bronner's All-One Hemp Peppermint bar soap
    Pso- Homemade grapefruit PSO
    Brush- RazoRock Plissoft
    Razor- Merkur Futur
    Blade- Gillette Silver Blue (2)
Soap- Catie's Bubbles Mile High Menthol
Thayers Witch Hazel with grapefruit EO
    AS- Aqua Velva

Today I cranked the Futur up to 6 to see what it could do. There was some feedback today but only audible, this baby mows down whiskers with a vengeance. First of all, you can almost fit your entire head in the blade gap, it's huge. Secondly, it's got a decent amount of weight to help the shave. I wish the head was a little thinner, I had to break out the R41 to get under my nose but it was a fantastic shave. Very easy BBS tonight.

Face stretching is almost second nature now and I'm convinced it makes a world of a difference. Have a great day folks!

  10. Yes you do Keith, excellent cologne choice! :happy036:
  11. I thought it would get your seal of approval. I smell like I was transported back to a gas station in the 80's while wearing leather. :git:
  12. Women still love that cologne on men, 80's or not! :happy088:
  13. How about bad Soviet straight fools passes for MAYhem?

Elite Razor "Amigo" Ironwood Beehive Envy White

    Chiseled Face Ghost Town Barber
    The One Blade
    Gem SSC #6
Witch Hazel, Mystic Water Whipped Shea Butter, Chiseled Face Ghost Town Barber

Today's shave was wonderful. I took my time with the one blade attacking my trouble spots repeatedly. The result was a very close comfortable shave in two passes.

Maiden voyage for my Amigo brush. The Amigo Project was a group effort. @clint64 and @Douglas Carey and myself shared design input with Bob Quinn at Elite Razor. @clint64 installed Envy White Badger knots in all three identical brushes.

    Have a Wicked Wednesday everyone.

Another nice shave from a day 12 Derby! The key to blade life is low angle of attack. Tomorrow will be shave thirteen on this blade...that will be a new mark for me on Derby, the plan is finish the month on this one blade. I really appreciate all of the kind thoughts and well wishes today, it means a lot to have your support! Seems like we're getting a bit bored, but alas, MAYhem looms large!!! Worn out after fixing fence line today...other than that...all is quiet in Colorado.

    Have a wonderful Wednesday!
