    How about a thread for auctions that got away from us ?

    I count 4 new standards, a valet, an mmoc, an old type, and an unknown. If one of you here won this lot I'd love to take one of those new standards off your hands. What got away from you today ?

    Don't look at it like you lost the auction, just look at it like they saved you a $72. All of them probably have cracks in the handles. Lucky for you that you missed out on that one.

    I think you are just trying to make me feel better LOL. One had a crack for sure. but it went well above my threshold

    I was bidding on that and went well above what I could afford. Lol but the one that got away for me was a V2 adjustable black beauty. I was being cheap and while I was making an offer it got sold. I'm so stupid !!
