I asked the winners what they liked, what they've been wanting to try, etc. I did my best to match their answers. (I.e., the guy who received 4 packs of Voskhod said he liked Voskhod). I tried to be a little more generous to the guys who identified as newbies. Beyond that, it was random.
Today's shave. I've used Arko and Voskhod before so that takes away some of the variation. This was one of the best shaves of my life. To start things off, I really like the pre-shave. I definitely felt the added slickness and I wasn't expecting a menthol feeling, but I felt a pleasant cooling sensation that I thoroughly enjoyed. Applying this is officially part of my routine. Next up was the brush. I love it. Just awesome all around. This will get a ton of use. The razor was also a perfect match. I've wanted a vintage Gillette since I've started. It was extremely effective and will also get a ton of use. I really can't stress how grateful I am for this.
My part of the PIF has arrived! I must say that this has been awesome and I think the picks that @rmcintyre84 made were almost uncanny in how appropriate. At first I thought I received a full box of plastic peanuts. But when I dug further I found this awesome treasure trove of shaving wonder: 1968 Gillette Knack (N2) - I've always wondered about this razor, it doesn't seem to get much praise or ridicule. I'm anxious to try it out. A nickel plated Gillette blade bank - shiny and perfect! Razor blades ingeniously packed into a miniature storage "tote": Dorco New Platinum - never used before Sharp Durablade - never used Shark Super Stainless - never used Treet Platinum - never used Super Max Super Stainless Blue - never used Voskod - always wanted to try these, they receive much praise here on TSD Astra SP - 5 of my "go to blades" Gillette 7 O'Clock Yellow Sharp Edge - I've used these and they are truly sharp! But my technique is better so I'm glad to revisit them Gillette 7 O'Clock Green Super Stainless - I've used these and they always struck me as a mild, comfortable blade Gillette 7 O'Clock Black Super Platinum - I've used these, but don't remember them. I'm anxious to try them again. Gillette Silver Blues - never used these, but I've heard great praise here on TSD Much thanks to rmcintyre84 for a truly generous PIF.

Nice! I really like the nickel blade box. I've been trying to get WSC to produce them (the only ones you can currently get are vintage); but so far no luck, lol. You will love the Voskhods. They are bar none the smoothest blade out there in my opinion. And the Sharp Durablades are also very nice. Two of the blades in my go to rotation with Voskhod being #1.
