  3. Today? As in, "May 31st"? "Not June yet"?

Just messin'! :D. Enjoy your new goodies!! :happy088:
  4. Yeah you be correct. Oops :)
  5. FINE has a great reputation when it comes to their aftershaves, are their soaps any good?
I ask as we now have a supplier of their products over here now and I'm planning, at some point, to purchase some of their products.
  6. This came in the post from Bussemand. Thanks so much for these samples. I do like DR Harris products and I'm really pleased that Bussemand ha given me the opportunity to try their Arlington scented soap. He very kindly included some other samples too.

  8. While I'm patiently waiting for 3 straights to be delivered from @gssixgun , I found two more that will need his expertise. Good bad or indifferent, for $25/ea, I figured they were worth it. Hopefully the corrosion just surface and able to be cleaned up.

Other than that, I just went with what I know...

Wade&Butcher "diamond edge". I can't quite read the town under the name. I'm also assuming the blade is supposed to have a smile since the etching follows the same curve.

Scales are in good condition, no chips or nicks in the blades... hoping for the best.

  10. I was on NB16, but not longer. I didn't want to wait. After 48 hours in transit, I received this great gear all the way from Canada to little Denmark in Europe.

Rockwell upgraded my free longish shipping with DHL Express, hence the very short transit time. There was some initial delay in dispatch, so Gareth came forward once again with amazing customer service. Stoked to find out I didn't have to wait any longer.

    First shave was a success!
  11. My €4 Chinese badger brush arrived today. Defunked, and drying now.

I feel sorry for the badger, but I'm also not convinced that the more expensive knots are retrieved in a more animal friendly way (killing the badger quick and as painless as possible).

This was definitely an impulse buy.

  15. My apologies to @Eeyore , Sir. No disrespect to our European Union Brothers :happy088:
I have my Toshiba laptop plugged into my 106.68cm Vizio via HDMI cable. Sitting 3.5 meters away sometimes text is ambiguous.

€4 is a good price for almost any decent brush.
The handle it worth that by it's self.
    May your bristles be tight!

  19. I am hoping to slow down on shaving gear for a while and kick back and enjoy the gear I have accumulated, since my den has gotten a bit out of hand.
