This shave was absolutely heavenly - the Glacial Eskimo Tuxedo soap gave me such awesome, FRIGID lather (and I mean FRIGID!!!) with the famous and delightful Sharp Dressed Man scent which I love so much as well as perfect post-shave care. The Lucky Tiger a/s cream soothed and prolonged the frigidness with lots of moisturizing. The Lemon Chill witch hazel added plenty of extra freeze and when I applied the Arctique aftershave I thought I was putting on liquid nitrogen - that stuff is to me anyway, the coldest aftershave on this planet. By the way, the Amatoury Lavender cologne is excellent. It's from Lebanon and very cheap, yet the scent has pretty good longevity!

SOTD Saturday 6/4 Razor- Gillette Knack Blade- Gillette Silver Blue Soap- RazoRock Mudder Fokker Brush- Hermey Had a really nice shave with the razor and blades I received in@rmcintyre's massive "Everything Must Go" PIF. I think I'm right in thinking the Knack is a SS head on a long thin handle. It gave a nice performance, but I'm not sure I'm a fan of the handle. Very light, but difficult for my long fingers to hang on to. I think I like the GSB's, I've never tried them before.

June 4/2016 Razor: Hibco 3 pc Blade: 1/2 Rapira Platinum Lux (2) Soap: Italian Barber Brush: VDH Badger Pre Shave Oil: Homemade AS: Gillette Gel/Brut Splash On. Newspaper Date: Dec. 9,1943 Another fine shave with 1/2 blade in the 2 piece Hibco (so easy to load). The 1st pass, WTG was as smooth as they come, no hiccups anywhere, really felt nice. The 2nd pass, ATG was almost as smooth with a couple weepers (hiccups), but everything came out smelling like roses, with something north of a DFS. Feeling of my face right now, I can barely feel small amounts of stubble in those difficult areas. Satisfied customer. Bill
