Given you have the time..What is your POST-SHAVE ritual?

    My ritual is very sparse, so sparse it's not a ritual to me but just the way it's done.

    Warm rinse, followed by a cold one, then apply the after shave (balm/splash/cream/etc.) of choice. Done.

    Cold water rinse, Witch Hazel, balm, splash on the aftershave, coffee ( lots of it)

    Homemade balm of coconut oil and Shea butter

    Cold water rinse, alum, cold water rinse, balm (air dry) then finish with after shave.

    If I don't have time for my post shave or anything else I don't shave. Sharp instrument's and rushing is asking for trouble. I butcher myself enough just taking my time so if there is a rush I just don't shave.

    Cold water, alum on places where I may have nicked myself, aftershave splash from Stirling or captain's choice, then lotion with SPF if it's in the morning or aftershave balm from Stirling if it's the evening.

    Hot water, then cold water (rinse), either Alum or Witch Hazel (astringent), either a balm or a splash (conditioning) some kind of fragrance.

    Cold water unless I've already done a cold water shave, DIY potions for aftershave (Witch Hazel base), and two balms, one oil based, one aloe based.
