Post: cold water rinse, Maggard alum, witch hazel, Nivea cooling after shave balm, The Veg

Right as my computer crashed I went and took my shower and prepared for my fist shave with the GEM. It's an interesting razor and head heavy but I muttled through to an almost BBS shave. I got really close to it but missed it by a few hairs, LOL.. First pass WTG saw really good beard reduction. Second pass XTG saw even better and was looking forward to the third pass. Third pass was ATG and I almost caught the baby, tried a little clean up and just couldn't quite catch it without irritation. So I stopped before that and went on to my post routine and called it good. I'm pleased with my shave tonight, first time using this type of razor and this type of blade, I guess technique sometimes can prove to trump what you use. except in poor Neal's case with those pesky Tiger blades, ROFL

well I really didn't get it started, I seem to remember a few unmentioned individuals making reference to this type of thing and I just posted a video of someone doing it.
